Three For Thursday: Autumn Blessings

“Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.”

F. Scott Fitzgerald

There’s a change in the air; it feels lighter. Sweater weather is here and in the blink of an eye, it’s time to dig out the long pants and winter coats! With the change of seasons, comes a familiar joy I have for this time of year.

When my head hits the pillow, no matter how hectic the day has been, I think of three things for which I am thankful. Every morning, before I get out of bed, I think of three things I look forward to.

It’s the simple joys that fulfill our lives. This week, I took in the sights and sounds of the season:

1. Lifting Fog Unveils a Ship

Who doesn’t love the majestic blow of the foghorn?

2. Leaf Peeping On the Way to Our Walking Trail

Ogdensburg, NY

3. Clear Blue Sky and Clear Blue Water

USA on the right, Canada on the left

I hope your days are joyful and peaceful, too! What fills your autumn days with smiles?

Thank you for reading!
